About Us

PROVIDING RESEARCH BASED TECHNICAL SOLUTION AND QUALITY SUITABLE TO BUDGET

Landscape Wall Systems, was founded in July 2018 in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We started our service as a Facade consultant for and providing Facade Concepts and/or Facade Shop Drawings in 2018 to Façade contractors and clients.

Then we have served doing Facade Maintenance activities for Various clients including Larsen & Toubro, Lodha Group, Nirlon, Adani Realty, CBRE, Raiaskaran Group, State Bank of India, etc. and also got the opportunity to new Façade work for Reliance, MJ Shah Group, Renewsys India Pvt. Ltd. ,etc.

Design, Drawings is our strength. We utilize our knowledge and experience in Design better Façade. It helps client to select the Design as per his budget. We also recommend to install Façade for Green Buildings.

    ACP Cladding

    Aluminium Composite Panel i. e. ACP Cladding is installed to protect RCC / Civil work including Columns, top of Parapet at Terracd, Civil Blockwork, front of Slab, MS structure, car parking lift, etc. It is also used for Signages for shops, as an interior material to add beauty.

    Stick Glazing

    We supply and install various type of windows with single or Double Glass, with or without Mosquito shutter, with or without fixed glasses besides window, sliding or casement windows, louvered windows,
    etc.

    Glass Canopy At Entrance

    A glass canopy provides an attractive and practical feature to a building. With this aesthetic benefit, technical advantage is heat near your doors get reduced.

    Cap Curtain Wall

    This is simple form of Facade in which Glass is fixed mechanically i.e. means it do not require Structure silicone to hold the glass. It adds bands of Aluminium in exterior view as per design. Caps with extra breadth offers shadow on Facade glass that helps to reduces heat.

    Semi Unitized Curtain Wall

    It is recommended type of Facade that can give same result of Unitized glazing in lower cost since it does not require separate Factory set up. Hence it reduces the cost due to overhead. But, it is not recommended for high rise buildings.

    HPL Cladding

    High pressure laminates cladding is special product that we install for Facade. It gives reacher look to the walls provides superior durability.

    Aluminium Fins / Louvers:

    Aluminium Fins are used to allow Ventilation at areas like Parking Floor, Cooling Tower, MEP floor/ area, Duct area, around Diesel Generator, etc. It helps hiding such objects that affects the beauty of building and also restricts entry of birds inside building premises.

    Glass Railing

    Can be installed ar Gallery, terrace, staircase/ escalators, at edge of swimming pool, Mezzanine floor, etc. This saves the space that could be taken by Parapet made with RCC or with civil work and gives transparent view to outside cut to glass.

    Point Fixed Glazing

    At the entrance of building, shops, point fixed glazing is used which do not require disturbing view with Aluminium vertical and horizontal members. Instead of that, it is supported by SS hardware which will further hold bt Laminated glass fin at backside or routers will be welded to MS structure.
